All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional periods.

All deliveries are sent via express delivery from Jane Hill Melbourne Flagship.

AUSTRALIA

Australian orders are posted with Australia Post.

Flat rate of $30.00 (free for orders over $200.00 AUD). Delivery within 1-3 business days (next business day delivery to most metro areas).

Please note:
Express orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are shipped from Australia with DHL/FedX.

Delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once an order has been dispatched.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

Regional service areas

Please note Australia Post operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the express post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but your parcel will not be covered by their next day guarantee and can take up to 5 days to be delivered.
