ELIGIBILLITY FOR REFUNDS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Australian Returns
If your return is accepted, Please arrange your return within 7 days of purchase. Please keep all shipment receipts as proof of your return.
International Returns
If your return is accepted it is responsibility of the buyer to arrange return shipment to us within 7 days of purchase using a trusted carrier of your choosing. Please keep lodgement receipts for proof of shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All accessories are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jane@janehill.com.au.
ARRANGING A RETURN
To request a return number, simply email us at online@janehill.com.au. We’ll respond with your unique returns number, which you’ll need to include on your returns slip.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt using a tracked shipping service of your choice. Once your return is on its way, don’t forget to email your tracking number to online@janehill.com.au
Returned items must be in perfect, resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Please complete the return slip included in your parcel with your personal details and reason for return, and ensure it is enclosed with the returned item.

Please note, the product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received by Jane Hill. As such, all returns are at the customer’s risk.
Upon receipt of the gown, Jane Hill will conduct a quality check within a reasonable timeframe. If the item is in resellable condition, you will be contracted via email and a full refund will be provided.
Accessory purchases made online are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
TERMS
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by you (the “purchaser”) on our website, including janehill.com.au (and any mobile or app versions).
Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange, except where Australian Consumer Law applies.
Please note, variations in colour, trim, or fabric may occur between the product displayed online and the item received. Sample sale gowns may also have marks or imperfections that are not shown in product images. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these potential minor faults.
Accessory purchases made online are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
If your product has a minor defect that is capable of being remedied, we will resolve the issue within a reasonable period, covering shipping costs. We may remedy the defect by:
- Repairing the product;
- Replacing the product with an identical item; or
- Refunding the original purchase price.
For major defects, the product will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). In such cases, we will offer either a refund or replacement (at the customer's election), with return shipping covered by Jane Hill.
Sample Sale Gowns & Accessories
All sample sale gowns and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In the case of a faulty accessory, Australian Consumer Law protections will apply.
European Union 14 Day Cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
