By ordering a gown you are agreeing to the following terms:

All sales on sample gowns are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. By purchasing this gown, you are accepting the gown in its current condition. You understand the images listed of each gown are a guide only and are not of the physical sample you will receive. 

The condition and description of each gown is a guide only, all gowns listed in the sample sale may have minor wear, marks, tears or flaws that are not specifically listed.

Most gowns will require tailoring to achieve the perfect fit and/or dry cleaning. Jane Hill Wedding Gowns is not responsible for any alterations or amendments made to the purchased sample gown. Jane Hill Wedding Gowns will not be responsible for dry cleaning of the gown or any associated costs that may occur.

Jane Hill Wedding Gowns PTY LTD is not responsible for any fit issues that may arise from third-party alterations.

Your order may be subject to additional duties or taxes upon arrival, these costs are the responsibility of the receiver to pay. Jane Hill Wedding Gowns is not responsible for these costs.

As we work with natural fibres and materials, the nature of the fabric can be subject to minor variations. Lace applique positioning will vary from gown to gown. All of our fabrics are subject to die batch variations.

All sales are final. In the unfortunate event of any cancellations or change of mind, Jane Hill Wedding gowns PTY LTD will not issue a refund or credit on your gown.

Please note: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
